1. Hotel across the street is double the price, I was just looking for a clean/neat and safe place to put down my luggage, hang a few clothes, sleep, shower and leave in comfort the next day and it did just that.

2. It is located so conveniently to Orlando-Sanford Airport, has truly professional and personable staff who were so helpful, comfortable clean beds and rooms side by side, and there was a restaurant right next door.
