4. after checking into the hotel on arrival day we went out to the mall my husband and myself, and on our return we could not get into our room our keys had been disabled, upon checking we found out that someone had checked us out of the room and our suitcases were left at the reception and the room had already been given to another person, we were given another room but had to go back to the old room to collect our under wears which were still in the bedside drawers, one of the staff members there at reception that time was very helpful after that incident am sure he was not yet on duty when this happened cant remember exactly, his name is Faraj, extremely helpful gentleman, my thanks goes to him.

I got in thursday night and checked in, in less than 10 minutes with no problem, everyone was helpful even the security guy working that night was nice, the breakfast the next day I almost missed because I didnt think it would be worth going down for (boy was I wrong) they had HOT waffles where u put them in the maker and made yourself,very good, also cereal, bagels, muffins, croissants, teas, cofee, bananas, apples, orange juice and apple juice AND ITS FREE.

9. When we had a problem w/ our thermostat, the gentleman from the front desk even came to our room to help us out (it was late, so maintenance was already gone).
