1. then getting out of the shower i wanted to dry my hair( i have very long thick hair) and the AC had been on the whole time we were there and it had not cooled the room at all.

2. the mini bar was not cold and when we called down to the desk they said it wasn't supposed to be cool? ok so after arguing over that they brought us ice for our beer and wine.

3. a/c struggled a bit to keep it cool better and the room was a little dated, but not too bad.

4. Not sure why it's considered 4 star, as I would place it at 3---no "in-room" coffee, and the temperature control will only work in season: You can't cool in the winter months.
