1. 5 hours waiting for our room, he said he asked housekeeping and they are not ready yet and they said 'well check in isn`t until 4pm', I said we have never been to a hotel they didn`t accommodate the guest if they arrived early, he said he would call us when our room was ready, basically he didn`t care, well at 3:50 they called to tell us our room was ready.

2. If you go for the beach and pool and don`t care about room and elevators speed you will be ok.

3. I find it offensive when a hotel leaves a bottle of water for you in the room and wants to charge $7 for it, I don`t care how rich you are, it`s a rip-off.

4. Service for the most part is fine, but the beach attendants need to stop hanging out with each other and start taking cares of their customers.

6. I said that I don`t really care if he believed his employee more than guest spending thousands of dollars but that I wanted check for $150 dollars sent to me.

7. They really don`t care if you get your food hot, cold or even in a timely manner because they get 18% gratuity no matter what.

10. hotel room was nice however housekeeping did a terrible job--did not wash bathroom floors or vacaum-- needed to call everyday for water replacement sugar and milk for coffee in room when we brought this to the attention of manager they said they would take care of it, but it was never done and we never received phone call from them following through.
