My experience with this hotel -- no complimentary coffee/breakfast, soundproofing of the rooms (esp because our room was located near the elevator) was not adequate, the 24-hour concierge desk was not too 'helpful' (at times, no one was avavilable there and I found our bellboy Jon subbing in on the desk), I did not feel too welcome there.
