1. Breakfast beachside at the News Cafe (just east of the hotel) was excellent and good people watching except for the fake cream for the coffee It was a good walk to Lincoln Mall area but that was half the fun.

2. There were a number of minor items around the hotel that needed attention but nothnig that really bothered us during our stay except the way the shower was configured, the bathroom floor became soaked, almost with standing water when don.
