Here are my only complaints: One of the light bulbs in the bedroom didn't work, and when we asked the front desk clerk for a new one, he didn't know where to locate one (he wasn't friendly at first either, but we made him warm up to us); we didn't get any new towels (although we did have the 'do not disturb' sign on our door, so that's probably our fault); a tile located on the backsplash in the kitchenette fell down for no reason.
