1. Hotel is very small and lacks a lot of the creature comforts of a larger hotel, but the price was right and you can't beat the location.

4. I did not think hotel room we had was dirty, we got clean towels during our stay and thought bed was comfortable and had no problems with bed bugs or cockroaches.
