1. The cleaning lady (didn't catch her name either) was wonderful and always made sure we had fresh towels and extra toilet paper every morning.

2. Secondly, they only change the bed sheets every third day of a stay(which is disgusting) my friends and I had to keep requesting fresh sheets EVERYDAY.
