3. excellent location right in the midle of it two blocks from llincon st mall, espanola way and ocean drive and the beach with a small restaurant and parking garage, big basic rooms, the beds are super super confortable,with a micro, frige and sink with a safety box for valubles.

5. When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready so we were told to store our luggage in the office and go downstairs to the excellent little restaurant beneath the hotel.

6. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, fully bilingual (English & Spanish both excellent) and there's coffee and free internet access in the lobby.
