1. From the front lobby to housekeeping they are amazingly nice, and will go out of their way to help you or take care of anything you need.

3. The printer in the business centre did not work, when I tried, but the helpful staff at reception rather than having me wait for a repair to be effected invited me to use their reception printer and computer without any problem.
