1. In addition to this indignity, no free newspaper as advertised, no breakfast served as advertised, and a rude manager - I was subjected to the manager berating his employees on separate matters while I was standing at the checkout counter.

2. Its the usual croissants, doughnuts, cereal toast standard but as its free I can't really see how you could complain.

4. )Big clean rooms, quiet if you are on the first floor (as cars park right in front the ground floor rooms) and free continental breakfast with make-your-own fresh waffles.

The staff was friendly, patient and helpful even though I was bach at the reception 4 times in 20 minutes (had to switch rooms because the A/C did not work - not a problem at all; needed a LAN cable for the free HighSpeed Internet; needed a new key card for the room with the broken A/C since I forgot my car keys.
