Clean and comfortable delivering reasonable value The reviews of the hotel are a little mixed as a result we were pleasantly surprised The hotel is easy to find when travelling south on highway A1A The staff were extremely friendly and very helpfulThe hotel is located in a residential area and offers clean comfortable air conditioned rooms and a useful poolThe phone in the room did not work however the reception happily let us use their phone A bonus is that there is free parking at the hotel A Bus stop opposite provides a direct connection to south beach 2$ and about 30 minutes away (the best way to get into town without the hassle of parking)There is however no where to eat within the best part of a mile which is a bit of a hassle as the hotel does not serve breakfast.
