6. The room was just as nice as the prior one we had rented 2 yrs ago, beautiful, clean, amenities, washer & dryer, beach chairs & towels, walking distance to beach & restaurants as well as Shopping center.

7. The lanai was nice but had obviously not been hosed off/cleaned in quite some time, it was dusty, the plexiglass panels on the railings were quite dirty and the patio furniture was showing it's age.

8. Club house down at beach side was very nice, has refrigerators, microwaves & conventional ovens, BBQs, lounge chairs,tables & umbrellas, clean uncrowded pool and a few parking spots if walking the distance is too far with beach gear.
