1. The hotel complex is not new (built in the 1960's), but it had all the amenities we needed, and more.

2. It is well maintained but as it is getting old, rooms need some upgrade - mattresses are old and uncomfortable, bathroom needs new tub and shower, balcony would be better with more privacy between rooms and new TV would be nice.
