1. The in-room coffee was quite good, and I appreciated the cleanliness, clean air, soft pillows, complementary wifi, and the rain shower, of course.

2. Back to the hotel, the shower was nice (still wish there was more water pressure at these new hotels, but I'm sure government regulations are to blame and not the hotels) and really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room, bed and furnishings.

3. Still haven't fixed the elevators (there is an earlier post about that)cleanliness - was impeccable.
