2. with the exception of one rude front desk attendant and I left some clothes in the room @ check out that they can't find, the hotel realy takes care of their guests.

3. The pool is rather small and plain compared to some other resorts we have been in but it sufficed and who cares when you have the beautiful clean warm ocean full of sea turtles a few steps away? Lots of free ocean toys made my kids happy, and the liberal distribution of frozen grapes on the beach and by the pool was welcome to all.
