1. My room was smelly; it didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks and the quality of the room (paint, decor) was dated.

7. What was good: The beds were clean, there were plenty of towels, the water was fine, there was plenty of hot water for both of our separate showers in the morning, and despite having a 2nd story room directly next to the highway, the sound of traffic was not too bad.
