1. I would say the 74 State is a little better or on par with a Crowne Plaza or some other upper-middle range hotel.

3. The king size was bed was comfortable like sleeping on puffy cotton balls :-)I do wish they had better blinds or curtains for when the sun comes through in the morning.

10. I don't know if there is anything the hotel can do to better sound proof the front rooms, but you might want to request a room off the street side.
