1. There was still garbage in the garbage can, the Select Comfort beds were broken and didn't work and were very uncomfortable.

4. It comes with a comfortable (Sleep Number) bed, and has fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and hair dryer--at least, the room I stayed in did.
