1. Might be better if you offered pet-free rooms although maybe you do -I did not check when I called.

2. The Holiday Inn had softer towels and better pillows, and a brighter room, but I'll take the great customer service, larger bed; and HD TV in the suites.

4. Why can't they just use fitted sheets, anyway? Yes, this is a "cheap" hotel for the area, but with competition in this price range, they should do a better job with the basics.
