1. we walk into the lobby area , very nice and clean ,walk up to the front desk ,and immediate was ask can we help you , found our reservation, and receive our keys in less than 10 min,thats was great .

10. We learned not to valet 'cause we noticed how they were not very reliable with getting your car out front, took 2-3 calls plus doorman had to check twice -- not great when you are on a schedule.
