1. The manager was not helpful when I contacted the hotel and only offered to give us a discount on our next visit.

2. When I asked him to help with my bags he refused to move and said, 'What's wrong with you?' The next morning when I was traveling back to the railroad station he helped other travelers with their bags and left mine on the pavement until I moved it myself.

3. The hotel does have an airport shuttle, but the driver, upon arrival, was rude, did not open the van doors or help me with my luggage.

7. When i checked out i had locked my keys in the car i informed the girl at the front desk and she had gotten the bus driver to help me out he was out there for at least half hour to 45min trying to open the door and right before i was about to give up he gotten it open.
