Have stayed here twice now, hotel employees all extremely helpful and friendly, hotel is mid way between dc and bmore, 10 to 15 minutes in either direction, spent the days in bmore, sightseeing and dining out, would not stay anywhere else in the region for there rates are the best you can get, the hotel is in a safe neighborhood, it is clean and only 2 miles from the huge arundal mills outlet mall, Light Rail Train Station is a few blocks away if you do not want to drive into bmore.
