new
paint in room 204, it's a blood red color which wasn't really an issue.

The only problem was the bed---it needed a
new
mattress in a bad way (it wasn't firm at all).

The bottom sheet kept coming off the bed to reveal an old mattress cover (they definitely need to invest in

linens).
