2. The staff is very helpful, the vans to take you anywhere as far as Aspen airport are always ready, the food (particularly their breakfast buffet) in their restaurant, The Artisan, is probably THE best in Snowmass.

4. The people were nice and did the best to provide good service, but it is really almost sort of closeed in summer so there is no room service, all the restaurants are half closed nearby, and even the person who makes reservations is not on duty on weekends.
