On having come to the hotel, they offered me as gift a breakfast quepodria to enjoy in day that wanted during my stay, for registering the day of my birthday and then on having come to my house in my statement bank I reflect the post(charge), call to the hotel for the claim, the hotel representant did not want to help me , transfer me to the accounting department, after-taste message and they never returned the call to me, and it was a promise of the hotel which they did not fulfill it I mist the good thing that habia been the stay.
