4. The back of the hotel has the rooms that open to the exterior, like a motel, but there are many rooms that open into secure hallways.

5. This is a fantastic place to stay if you like cockroaches (dead or alive), paper thin walls, non-existent security, smoke-residued rooms, ill-timed wake up calls, scary electical systems and moldy showers with low water pressure.

6. We talked to the front desk and told them that the truck was OK when we came in at midnight, and they said their security cameras indicated it had happened around 6am.

7. The room was a bit worn, with poor caulking around the tub, replaced security lock on the door (with the holes from the previous lock that had pulled out still showing), and other signs of the room needing an overhaul.
