When I asked to speak to the manager I was greeted by a man who did not introduce himself and simply asked what was the problem, I assumed he was the maintenance man by his casual attire and appearance (putting it as nicely as I possibly can) and was pretty shocked when I finally realized that he was the manager.

6. We both had to work the next day and couldn't make a trip out of town to do anything super special but thought that getting a room with the jacuzzi tub and the Wingate would be something nice we could do.
