2. The counter staff were also able to organise day trips and the manager even took us to Denny's,which was fantastic service.

3. We stayed at the Cortona for 3 nights while visiting Disneyland, it was a great hotel, clean, very friendly employees, fantastic breakfast especially the waffles you make yourself, would love to have the recipe.

4. Everything was fantastic, they let us check in early, after a 12 hour flight that was much appreciated, they changed our room when i realised our window opened onto a brick wall letting no natural light in, and changed me again three days later when the internet wasn't working in our room.

5. I have to say that being a well travelled person, i found that the house-keeping staff did a fantastic job, the rooms were spotless not just 'clean and tidy', you do not find this in every hotel.

6. I don't understand how people can complain, what else do you need when you are heading out early in the morning (who wants to sit eating breakfast all morning?)It was in great location, only 15 minutes walk from the parks which was fantastic as you could come and go at your own leisure.
