3. The only gripe we had was that house keeping didn't come by till about 12:00p, and it seemed a little inconvenient for us because we needed towels before then, but when they did clean, they did a wonderful job.

5. Although the lobby and restaurants were beautiful and inviting, the room was average (heavenly bed was as expected, wonderful) and the bathroom was tired and needed updating (cracked marble, small size but clean).
