1. The mattress was quite firm, which I like, and there was also a couch, recliner, desk, and small dinette set.

7. I really liked that this hotel didn't have that horrible bedspread that many hotels had, and I wasn't worried about germs or any of that in the room.

8. Open air duct in the shower, likely taken off by previous patron who was a smoker.

9. They cook and serve breakfast on that floor, so that may be the reason for the smell - it was sort of an egg-like smell.

10. Seems like a very nice hotel (no pool for the kids, however), but it doesn't matter how nice the place is when there are bedbugs.
