1. The table in the double room is so narrow, that a laptop wont fit on it, and the beds are new but very, very firm.

4. Because we were on one of the floors where the refub was finished, we had new furniture, new tv, new walls, new carpet, etc.

First room had a dirt ring around the carpet in the room, dust literally and inch thick on the fan blades above the bed, dirty carpet, walls, broken drawers - got moved to another room which had a new & remodeled bathroom (it was actually good) but the rest of the room was a very very very slim improvement.
