2. We called down to ask Ken if we could switch rooms and he actually brought up keys to 2 different rooms so we could see if we liked them and if they were cool enough (I have never had a hotel employee do this.

4. We had to sleep with the balcony door open to stay cool and our neighbors smoke was drifting in our room, plus the road noise below kept me awake most of the night.
