3. Location is also good as it is only a mile from a nice mall and plenty of restaurants close by with a Publix next door.

7. Rooms have heavy drapes to keep out daylight if need be; as mentioned an overall upgrade would be nice but we have never been disappointed with the hotel as it is now.

9. The rooms are nice, clean, well appointed, breakfast is very nice, the fitness center is fairly well appointed, although a bit heavy on the leg workout equipment (2 treadmills, 2 exercycles & 1 elliptical) weights and a sauna.
