5. The decorations were exceptional, the Christmas buffet offered lots of choice, the lobby had Christmas carolers, and the lounge provided various entertainment.

7. Last time, we didn't say anything about the added charges to our restaurant bill for things we never ordered, and other 'fees' that could not be explained when we questioned the front desk, except to say they must be 'glitches in the system'.
