3. The staff are great friendly people, the valet attendants are effective and friendly, the housekeepers are thorough and friendly, the engineers know their job and friendly, the kitchen staff for early morning breakfast are prompt and friendly, the bus drivers are all helpful and friendly.

4. Who in their right mind won't like to be among friendly people, who make you feel at home?Special mention of Czarina Degeva, the wonderful manager on duty during our stay, was exceptionally helpful anytime we approached her.
