4. As mentioned before, there were other conference attendees staying at the same hotel, some of whom were friends of mine; we entered their room and found it to be the same quality, so this isn't a 'hit or miss' type of hotel, all of the rooms are exceptional.

5. Everything was dusty, there was hardly anyone at the hotel except for us and they knocked down the nightly rates to 66.
