2. I arrived at the hotel before check in time, and as a Hilton Honors member, I thought I would be accommodated; however, I wasn't.

3. Would recommend a slightly bigger freezer area in bar fridge (we had such a thing on the road at a Holiday Inn Express) which would accommodate our cooler pack better but having the fridge was a terrific bonus.
