3. This is better than going to more expensive midtown hotels where I have stayed before because it takes only 15 - 20 minutes to drive to midtown and downtown.

9. While I understand that this hotel is an inexpensive, no-frills hotel, a little more cleanliness would have made our stay a lot better.
