1. Huh? If you are driving in and don't know the neighborhood (like me) this was very strange and caused me a lot of confusion the first time I tried to find it.

7. Specifically, Charlene at the front desk and Karen our conference planner are really superstars, but the ENTIRE staff will bend over backwards to help and truly make you feel like a VIP guest.
