1. In the other direction you can walk to Phipps Plaza and Lenox Road but it's more of 1/4 mi, not like right across the street.

5. like others, my only complaints are the $15/day parking fee (I paid $40 for only staying two nights) & the breakfast is nothing to brag about.

8. A few minuses: the bed and pillows were extremely soft and I like a firm mattress, so I woke up with a sore back every morning.
