1. When I arrived, there was a king-size, handicapped-accessible room available (which I didn't need, but loved the walk-in shower instead of a tub-shower combo).

5. I used to love Cresthill Suites, but this time the housekeeping was poor, the beds were hard and they no longer offered a welcome basket with snacks and drinks, which I always looked forward to.
