3. To be fair, the bed was clean and the bathroom was clean but I wasn't impressed with the extractor cover falling from the ceiling - I didn't even bother to have a shower because of that.

4. I had a work related conference in Albany, New York and I've stayed at the Best Western Sovereign Hotel in the past because it is in a great location and I was very impressed this time round.
