2. Having stayed at many hotels all over the world, I can only conclude that the management in this hotel is either extremely inexperienced, or does not care what impression the hotel makes on their guests.

3. After several more attempts we finally were transferred to a lady who said she was the manager and when told about the bed linen problem, said she would take care of it; she never expressed any surprise nor did she apologize.
