Check in was smooth and efficient, the bar/restaurant staff were friendly and on the ball, the shuttle bus driver cheerfully drove me back to the hotel when I discovered I forgot something while en-route to the airport, the driver on the way back asked about my trip and had my car keys ready, etc.
