3. Have to say that while the initial check in experience was good and the staff was pleasant, I will never stay there and would be very reluctant to ever stay at any of their locations - again.

5. good points: staff very helpful and courteous, quiet at night, IHOP restaurant on premises, free airport shuttle, very affordable - no frills.

8. It's far from the action, but you can take the BART train anywhere for around 4 to 8 USD a trip (i also had a car with me so no problem) I had a king bed, TV, iron, good bathroom, a little table.
