Pros: -terrific location with the following within walking distance: a BART station, several restaurants, a 24 hour drug store etc -Free continental breakfast -Free shuttle to and from the airport -Comfortable beds and pillows -Friendly staff -Have flyers for BART etc at the front desk Cons: -It doesn't say on the site that you have to call for the shuttle.
