7. That night we requested a local restaurant on the river walk and they must have notified the restaurant about our anniversary because upon arrival, we were seated at the only table which had a table cloth along with flowers and a happy anniversary note.

We found a great breakfast diner, which was like something out of happy Days, and a fraction of the cost of the hotel breakfasts (which were nice, but at $40 average were a tad expensive)San Antonio was a real surprise, in the weather was perfect, and we never tired of the walks along and around the river.
