1. Hawthorne Suites River Walk is undergoing welcome and needed renovations because it's been acquired by Hotel Indigo, a franchise boutique hotel chain owned by ICH, InterContinental Hotels Group, which also owns Intercontinentals, Holiday Inns, etc.
